‘Controlling’ programmers can be a tough job. They are very good at what they do, but also can be very stubborn. And because they know so much about stuff you know so little about, chances are they might sometimes ‘play’ with you.

Off course this isn’t always the case, but you can always find a good reason why someting takes longer or is more complicated than expected. The challenge is to see through that. That’s tough but not impossible. How? Keep on asking questions…
