Behalve dat dit mij interesseert vanwege a) de relatie met Checkit die ik heb en b) het belang van deze overname voor de zoekmachinemarkt in Nederland, is er nog iets anders interessant: de aankondiging.Zoals gebruikelijk deden de partijen in aanloop geheimzinnig en werd het persbericht pas vrijgegeven op een specifiek tijdstip.
