Collect the right people
It sounds simple, but it absolutely is not. But gathering the right people around you is exactly what can make or break a project. And finding the right people can make a ‘normal’ project manager become a ‘successful’ project manager.
Finding the right people is not easy. Not only will you always have to work with people from the who are allocated in the project by the organization, the right people are not always available. Try to find a clear balance when looking for the right people. Is there someone who has quality A, find someone with quality B for another position.
