Looking back at day 1 of the SES

Category:Events Tags :

Day 1 of the SES Hamburg is done. It was a nice and very interesting day where I got to meet a lot of people, thanks to Joost de Valk and the other OnetoMarket-people Roy and Nina. Below my impression (in Dutch for now) of the day in video. Next time I’ll do it in english and choose another position because of the light (I’m still learning 😉 ).

The SES Hamburg has started. The morning was kicked off with a couple of all german sessions we we had to be awake right away. Nova Spivack about “Making Sense of the Semantic Web”

Category:Events,Video Tags :

The Next WebThere is a great new video posted on the NextWeblog on one of the presentations of The Next Web. This time its the presentation of Nova Spivack. As I have previously written one of the most interesting speakers at The Next Web. Go and take your time for this one, because it is an interesting but possibly also sometimes complicated story. But certainly worth viewing.

Also see the presentation of Khris Loux

Khris Loux on “The Decentralization, Disaggregation and Democratization of the Web”

Category:Events,Video Tags :

The Next Web conferenceIt feels like The Next Web conference was organized centuries ago. Nevertheless, the conference still keeps getting my attention. Because I sometimes speak with organizers or participants and because the weblog of The Next Web is releasing videos of the speakers one by one.

A few of them, which I think are worth it, I will post here. To begin with the presentation of Khris Loux. I talked to the founder of JS-Kit, which focuses on the provision of widgets that are easy to implement on your web site, several times during the congress. Not just a smart guy, but also a very nice guy. Enjoy his presentation!

Category:Events,Video Tags :

There I also spoke with some of the speakers. In this video the answers from the speakers at three of my questions are put together. It’s only in Dutch…
