Collect the right people
It sounds simple, but it absolutely is not. But gathering the right people around you is exactly what can make or break a project. And finding the right people can make a ‘normal’ project manager become a ‘successful’ project manager.
A large Internet project can sometimes take months. Chances are that the project can get long and boring to the project members, whether they are suppliers or paying customers. That affects the performance. Therefore rule 15:
